Soccer Field House
Facilities continue to play a significant role in the recruiting process and it is critical for us to complete this facility.
Numerous improvements have been made over the past 10 years. In addition to adding women’s soccer, we now enjoy night games and night practice times due to the addition of the stadium lights. A full-time turf manager regularly irrigates, top-dresses, sprays herbicide and fertilizer, marks the lines for games and mows the playing surface. Full-time coaches, increased athletic and academic scholarship opportunities, improved transportation options, weight training facilities, Bryant Lodge, professional trainers for rehab and injury care, paved parking, a practice field, improved housing options for upper classmen, and superior campus dining facilities all show a commitment on the part of the SWU to improve our soccer program. As an individual who has succeeded in all facets of your life, you have the opportunity to demonstrate your true feeling for Southern Wesleyan University Soccer. Total cost of this project is $33,000. A commitment of $50, $100, $500, or $1,000 will enable the university to complete the interior of this locker room facility this year. In recognition of your generosity, an engraved plaque bearing your name will be mounted prominently on the walls of this facility. Additionally, your name will be displayed by the Warrior Club on The Virtual Wall of Donors on-line as well as a display case located in Tysinger gymnasium.
Your leadership will give the Southern Wesleyan University soccer program a long-term, competitive advantage in attracting gifted student-athletes, coaches and spectators. Such a gift will set the pace for new levels of private support for the soccer program at Southern Wesleyan University.
