    Carol Burdette, a 1982 psychology graduate and chief professional officer for United Way of Anderson County, was named the chair of Ten at the Top (TATT).

    Carol Burdette, a 1982 psychology graduate and chief professional officer for United Way of Anderson County, was named the chair of Ten at the Top (TATT), a non-profit organization created to foster collaboration and planning in South Carolina's Upstate region. She will serve as the organization’s chair for the next two years. She also served nine years as Pendleton’s mayor, and also served on the town council.
