Southern Wesleyan University's Gospel Extravaganza was held April 5 at the university in Central. Numerous choirs, soloists and worship teams from across the Upstate took to the stage at Newton Hobson Chapel and Fine Arts Center in an event emceed by Pastor and Mrs. Mark Burns of Cross Roads Baptist Church in Westminster, S.C. This marks the first time the annual event was held at the new Newton Hobson facility.
