Julianna Phillips (seated right) signs a letter of intent to Southern Wesleyan University's Department of Music, where she will enroll in the fall of 2014. Julianna is joined by (from left) Dr. Chris Ferguson, principal, Powdersville High School; Leslie Phillips, Julianna’s mother and director of bands at Powdersville High School; and (standing, right) Prof Gregory Day, director of bands at Southern Wesleyan.
