Southern Wesleyan University’s adult evening program will be hosting a food drive at the Charleston learning center at 4055 Faber Place Drive in Charleston this summer to help reduce childhood hunger in the Lowcountry.

Many children are fed through school programs during the school year and go hungry during the summer months. SWU Charleston will waive the application fee for new students who donate and current students will compete to see which class brings in the most food. In support of these efforts, SWU will recognize the winning class with a pizza party. In addition, the Charleston location will serve as a collection site for the local campaign. For details, download this flyer and download this list of needed items. Or, contact Grile at (843) 266-7981 ext. 5635 or email
