AGS - Student Billing: AGS Student Billing Accounting services are provided by the AGS marketing office. For questions about student accounts, contact that office directly at 1-800-264-5327. The accounting office also will handle any requests for refunds. Financial Aid Office coordinates the application of funds from the above programs to the student’s account, but does not prepare statements nor handle refunds. AGS - Tuition and Fees The current tuition and fees and an outline of various payment plans are provided upon registration for the AGS program. Southern Wesleyan University reserves the right to change the tuition and fee schedule at any time. Tuition and fees are guaranteed for students who complete the program according to the prescribed curriculum schedule. This is true for the core curriculum only. The charge for drop-in courses, or for other special courses, will be applied according to the current schedule. Each course must be paid for in advance, prior to attending the first workshop. A late charge will be added to any account that is overdue as stated in the original payment plan. Supplemental materials give details about financial policies. At the time of enrollment the student will choose a payment plan in consultation with accounting personnel. Thereafter, the student will be responsible to follow the schedule of payments. Failure to pay in a timely manner will result in the student's grades being held until payment is made as called for in the payment plan. The late charge will also be added to the total due. AGS - Withdrawal / Change of Schedule Financial aid for a student who withdraws from the AGS program (over 60 days in duration), will be reviewed for impact and possible re-payment to all federal and state programs. In addition, an exit interview will be mailed to the student by certified mail. It is important to all federal programs that this form be completed and returned to the Financial Aid Office. Call the Financial Aid Office if you have questions about changes in schedule (individual course withdrawal) and impact on your financial aid. |
