    The award ceremony was hosted by the Greater Summerville/ Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce and held May 29 at Bethany United Methodist Church in Summerville. She was announced by superintendent Jerry Mountjoy and was given a plaque from Chamber President Rita Berry. Frayer graduated from Hunter College in New York City, has taught 21 years and serves as the ELA Department Head. Frayer is enrolled in Southern Wesleyan’s master of education in administration and supervision (MEDAS) program.
