    Homecoming festivities included carriage rides through the campus, a homecoming chapel service at Newton Hobson Chapel and Fine Arts Center, reunion luncheons and a barbecue supper. There was also a men’s and women’s cross country meet as well as a volleyball game in which the Lady Warriors defeated Brenau 3-1. The women’s soccer team lost to North Greenville University 1-0 and the men’s soccer team defeated NGU 1-0. At left, Amanda Kinney, a senior Human Services major from Matthews, N.C., was crowned Homecoming Queen and Phillip Fritts, a senior Communication major from Burlington, N.C., was crowned Homecoming King.
