Dr. E. Keith Carroll, pastor of Mt. Zion Wesleyan Church in Thomasville, N.C., addresses graduating seniors at Southern Wesleyan University’s baccalaureate service May 4 at the university’s campus in Central.

Carroll urged the students to enter the world as servants, citing Jesus Christ as the model servant. Carroll serves as a member of Southern Wesleyan University’s board of trustees and is the father of Melissa Carroll, a May 2006 graduate of SWU.
