SWU Charleston location recognized for support to community
The university has been providing meeting space at their Charleston location to the local United Way agency as they complete building renovations. “The quality, regular availability and geographic convenience of the space, coupled with the ongoing support you and your staff have provided has been invaluable,” said Christopher F. Kerrigan, president and CEO of Trident United Way in a letter recognizing SWU’s service. Kerrigan commented that the donation of space helped them to minimize operational expenses and better dedicate resources to serving Lowcountry residents.
