    Mike Lieberman gets a boost from teammates Truston Whiteside, Jamaral Kearse, Antonio Walker, Tomas Suska, Jordan Wallace and Dwayne Bryant as he heads to the top of the wall, one of the elements of the low ropes challenge course in the Hundred Acre Wood. Members of the SWU Men's Basketball Team went through training on the course Oct. 2. The course is part of the Leadership in Outdoor Recreation Education (LORE) program.

    Lieberman is a sophomore from Columbia; Whiteside is a sophomore from Landrum; Kearse is a junior from Orangeburg; Walker is a senior from Williston; Suska is a senior from Slovakia; and Bryant is a senior from Brunswick, Ga.  

    Leadership in Outdoor Recreation Education (LORE) provides the Southern Wesleyan community multiple opportunities to participate in various outdoor adventure and skill-building activities. The LORE programs include such things as an outdoor orientation trip, an Outdoor Club, the Hundred Acre Woods, low ropes challenge course, and an Outdoor Leadership academic concentration.
