HEAD COACH - WOMENS SOFTBALL This is a 10-month position that includes all aspects of leading and managing a program within the guidelines of the NAIA and NCCAA. Depending on prior experience and background, possible additional duties such as sport-specific event management and additional teaching responsibilities could be considered. Responsibilities include game day management, coaching, discipleship/mentoring, recruiting, scheduling, supervising assistant coach and support staff, budget management, and ensuring program compliance with rules, regulations, and policies of NAIA, NCCAA and the university. GROUNDSKEEPER/MECHANIC Assists with maintenance of campus grounds including mowing, landscaping, mulching, raking, shrub trimming; assists with the care of athletic fields and supervising student workers. In addition to groundskeeping duties, also responsible to perform service on all equipment and university pool vehicles. Must be high school graduate or GED equivalent.
