Wesleyan University’s Student Productions presents
the classic comedy of manners, “The Rivals,”
by Richard Brinsley Sheridan.
This masterpiece
of the English theater presents love conquering all —
from the romantic fantasies of our heroine, Lydia English,
to the meddling of Sheridan’s most famous character,
Mrs. Malaprop.
The curtain
rises on “The Rivals” Nov. 4, 5 and 6 in Folger
Fine Arts Auditorium at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are
$7 for adults and $5 for seniors and students with identification.
