Southern Wesleyan unveils new sign on Martintown Road

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Southern Wesleyan University’s Adult and Graduate Studies program unveiled a new building sign during an open house event in North Augusta.

The sign, displaying Southern Wesleyan’s logo, identifies the North Augusta campus located on Martintown Road in the Business Technology Center. At night, the building sign illuminates the area and will increase the campus’ visibility as commuters and travelers pass by.

“We are happy to have a stronger presence in this community,” said Fredia Phillips, Southern Wesleyan University enrollment manager. “The new sign will serve as a beacon of light to hopefully inspire career-minded individuals to continue their education in a Christian environment.”

Southern Wesleyan serves working adults by offering associate’s, bachelor’s and master’s degree programs designed to fit busy lifestyles. Students attend classes one night a week and participate in a weekly study group meeting to enhance learning and strengthen team-building skills. The curriculum is based on the premise that a quality education can be achieved with a Christian perspective.

Southern Wesleyan University’s Adult and Graduate Studies program consists of more than 2,000 students enrolled in learning centers in Central, Greenville, Columbia, Charleston, Spartanburg, Greenwood and North Augusta.
