Best-selling author speaks at SWU
 Dr. Jim Garlow is a best-selling author whose works include “A Christian’s Response to Islam” and “Cracking Da Vinci’s Code,” which reached number 17 on the New York Times’ Bestseller List. He was a featured speaker at Southern Wesleyan University’s annual Southern Area Ministers’ Conference. The conference attracted more than 200 spiritual leaders from the region. Garlow’s one-minute radio commentary, “The Garlow Perspective” airs on 425 radio outlets each day. He is also a member of the Beeson Clergy Council of the Beeson Center, Asbury Theological Seminary, where he lectures and works with doctoral candidates. Garlow is senior pastor of Skyline Wesleyan Church in San Diego, Cal., a growing church with an average attendance of nearly 3,000. The church is currently involved in a $60 million relocation project.
