Alumni Awards Banquet

Southern Wesleyan University honored alumni with awards at a banquet May 12 on the university’s campus in Central. Awardees, from left, are Rev. David Duncan, Professional Excellence Award winner for the College of Arts and Sciences; Sherry Haithcock, Professional Excellence Award winner for the School of Education; Carol Burdette, Professional Excellence Award winner for the School of Business; and Dr. Verna Lowe, Outstanding Alumnus of the Year. Not pictured is Kenneth Scott Drury, winner of the Young Leader Award.
