SWU says “thanks” to builders of Chapel and Fine Arts Center

Southern Wesleyan University music professor Greg Day, right, enjoys lunch and conversation with construction workers at tables covered with colorful thank-you notes from students on Nov. 20 in Newton Dining Commons at the university’s campus in Central. Day and other university faculty, staff and students showed their appreciation to those who are instrumental in the construction of a new Chapel and Fine Arts Center on Southern Wesleyan’s Central campus. The lunch was organized by Ken Dill, university chaplain, and the university’s Spiritual Life and Ministry department as a gesture of thanks for their part in construction of the university’s Chapel and Fine Arts Center.
