Aiming for God’s purpose

Dr. John Ott, senior pastor at Parkway Wesleyan Church in Roanoke, Va., spoke to students at Southern Wesleyan University during a chapel service Oct. 25. Rev. Ott asked students to find God’s purpose for their lives and to pursue that purpose passionately. He is a newly-elected member of Southern Wesleyan University’s Board of Trustees and father of recent Southern Wesleyan graduate Stephanie Ott.
