Southern Wesleyan hosts free seminar for job seekers
The key to turning a job interview into a job offer is preparation.
Southern Wesleyan University is offering a free career workshop Friday, April 23, in Greenville that will give helpful interviewing tips for first-time job seekers, as well as those wishing to advance into a better job.
The workshop will offer tips from employment recruiters that job seekers wouldn’t normally hear. Yvonne Duckett, director of career services at Southern Wesleyan University, will share insights from her experience with recruiters, offering participants vital information about the qualities employers are seeking in today’s workplace.
The workshop will begin at 11:30 a.m. at Southern Wesleyan’s Greenville location at 84 Villa Road, near the intersection of Interstate Hwy. 385 and Haywood Road.
