Bio: Eischen received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Columbia College (Missouri), her MS in Human Resource Management from Chapman University (Orange, Calif.) and her Ph.D. in Cultural Foundations of Education from Syracuse University (N.Y.)

She previously served as director of career services at Syracuse and business faculty for Utica School of Commerce, the Business College in New York and at Columbia College’s campus at Hancock AFB in Syracuse.
