Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat

Broadway came to Southern Wesleyan University March 13-15 with “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” at Folger Fine Arts Auditorium on the university’s campus in Central. Pictured is Pharaoh (Dave Tolan) with a microphone as he brings Joseph (Kevin DeRossett) in chains into his royal palace. Southern Wesleyan’s Division of Fine Arts presented the upbeat musical adaptation of the Old Testament story by Andrew Lloyd Weber and Tim Rice under the direction of Melanie Rowell, assistant professor of music.
