Jeon and Kizer make presentation to American Institute of Higher Education ConferenceSouthern Wesleyan business professors Phillip Jeon and Lee Kizer, together with North Greenville’s Jeffrey R. Moore presented a paper at the American Institute of Higher Education Conference in Williamsburg, Va. this past March. They presented the results of a study examining the link between the consistency of self-evaluation versus peer-evaluation of managers’ skills and the level of relational stress in an organization. The researchers hypothesized that the lower the stress in the organization the more consistent the results will be between self-evaluation and peer-evaluation. Moore is a former SWU business professor. |
