What is the Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems?
This degree program is designed to prepare the graduate for professional careers in the cross-disciplines of computer science with business and/or forensics.
What do students enrolled in the COMPUTER INFORMATION SYSTEMS program do?
As an Computer Information Systems major, you will engage in several projects given throughout the program, allowing you to work with outside companies to gain real-world experience. These projects are not only in Computer Science but are also in either the fields of business or forensics.

In our Computer Information Systems program, students have many opportunities. Several upper level classes require the student to work with a local company in creating a project. This allows the student to get real-world experience while still in college. Additionally, grant opportunities are possible where the student can go and present his research.
