Spiritual Emphasis Week features evangelist
Evangelist Foster Christy was speaker at SWU's Spiritual Emphasis Week Sept. 12-14, 2010.
Southern Wesleyan University’s Spiritual Emphasis Week featured evangelist Foster Christy, a passionate and spirit-led speaker who preaches to tens of thousands of people all over the nation each year. Christy was a standout fullback for Auburn University, the second most highly recruited football player in the state of Alabama and one of the top 100 recruits in the United States. Christy currently resides in Columbia, S.C., where he is involved in leadership at his home church. Also featured was musical worship led by Southern Wesleyan’s contemporary worship group The Difference. Spiritual Emphasis Week took place Sept. 12-14 at Newton Hobson Chapel and Fine Arts Center on the campus of Southern Wesleyan in Central.
