
Warriors CARE Center
SWU’s Warriors CARE Center (Veterans Success Center) is open to any student veteran or military dependent (on-campus or online). The focus of the center is C (courage) A (academic success) R (respect) E (empowerment) to ensure the success of students enrolled at Southern Wesleyan.
Among other things, the Center assists student who are veterans, active duty military, and military dependents (on-campus or online) with VA Education Benefits, helps coordinate tutoring if needed, academic counseling, and career counseling as well as offering periodic “life skills” workshops. There is a student lounge and training room/conference room area as well.
