    Southern Wesleyan University’s campus in Central is home for Big League World Series players from around the world as they compete on the baseball field in nearby Easley. The 180 players are living in university dormitories and dining in Southern Wesleyan University’s Dining Commons. Chef Karl Ekberg tailors meals to suit international preferences, from having rice served at breakfast to including extra-spicy food for the Latin American players.
