Moore named director for online learning
Dr. Crystal Moore has been appointed as the director for online learning.
Moore has a doctor of education in learning technologies from Pepperdine University, Graduate School of Education and Psychology; and an MS in Education in Teaching, Education Technologies Specialization, from California Lutheran University. She is also Level II Certified in Quality Matters (QM) and is a Certified Online Education Leader through Intel-sponsored Ed-Tech Leaders Online (ETLO) program certification.
Moore most recently served in the role of assistant professor of instructional technologies at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in the Educational Instruction and Leadership (EIL) Department. She was also a guest lecturer at Pepperdine and managed information systems for various k-12 schools.
Moore’s duties at Southern Wesleyan include developing online faculty training programs; designing, development and delivery of professional and technical training; development and implementation of policies; and procedures in support of online learning and providing leadership for strategic online learning partnership opportunities with external stakeholders.
