Spiritual Emphasis speaker encourages students to ‘take obedient risks’
Heather Semple of 12Stone's Central Campus Leadership Team was the speaker for a series of spiritual emphasis services Sept. 10-12 on Southern Wesleyan University’s Central campus.
Heather Semple challenged students to take "obedient risks" to follow God's will. Semple is a 1997 SWU graduate.
Semple prayed for students at the conclusion of the last service, “build a foundation inside of them in this university that is one grounded and founded in truth.”
At the start of each semester, SWU conducts spiritual emphasis services, providing a time for spiritual reflection and growth.
