SWU Literary Festival is Feb. 21
During the SWU Literary Festival, jury-selected student writers from local high schools and universities will present poetry, fiction and creative non-fiction set in or focused on South Carolina.
The one-day event, Feb. 21 on the Southern Wesleyan University campus in Central will feature talks by novelist Mark Sibley-Jones and SWU professor and poet Dr. Chad Chisholm, as well as creative writing breakout sessions and an open mic event. This program is supported by SC Humanities, a not-for-profit organization; inspiring, engaging and enriching South Carolinians with programs on literature, history, culture and heritage.
