    06.27.19 | Music Ensemble Scholarships Academics: Fine Arts

    Josh Price of Wren High School signed a letter of intent to participate in ensembles at Southern Wesleyan University. He is pictured with his mother, Denise Price; and his father, Randall Price.

    Josh Price, a saxophone player from Wren High School, signed a letter of intent to participate in ensembles at Southern Wesleyan University, a National Association of Schools of Music (NASM) accredited institution.

    Price will be a Music Major in Saxophone Performance at Southern Wesleyan. He has played with the SWU Wind Ensemble and SWU Jazz Ensemble while in high school and is currently studying under Southern Wesleyan Sax Professor Bruce Caldwell.

    The music scholarship is renewable and open to students who are active in their school’s music programs and Southern Wesleyan students involved in each of the university’s three performing groups.
