1. Submit your FAFSA
If you have not submitted your FAFSA already, this is the key to securing your financial aid.
2. Submit your Enrollment Deposit
(HOUSING OR COMMUTER SELECTION)
The Enrollment Deposit will secure your spot in the classroom and in the residence hall. As a part of submitting the Enrollment Deposit, you will also complete the housing application if you plan to live on campus or the commuter verification form if you plan to live at home and commute. Housing is assigned with priority given to students who submit their Enrollment Deposit earliest.

3. Future Warrior Day
As a fall semester incoming freshman or transfer student, your next step to becoming a Warrior is to attend a Future Warrior Day. During this exciting day on campus, you will receive your student ID, confirm your academic schedule, discuss financial aid options, meet your future professors, and develop friendships with other new students!
4. Online Orientation
Incoming students must complete online orientation modules through Canvas to be ready for Welcome Weekend. These modules are designed to help you answer questions before you arrive on campus which will aid in your success. It will also help you to understand yourself and learning styles better through a tool called Smarter Measure.
Shortly after you submit your Enrollment Deposit and have a swu.edu email address set up (which can take up to a week), you will receive an invitation email to join the course.

5. Medical Services
Did you know we have a health and counseling center located on campus? Please submit your required medical history form with up to date immunization records and a copy of your medical insurance card. You can email your form and card to Lori Herron at , or you can mail them in to:

6. Register Your Vehicle
As a student at Southern Wesleyan, whether living on campus or commuting, your vehicle needs to be registered. Vehicle decals are $35 and you must be registered before classes start. Student decal permits will be mailed to the mailing address you enter. Enter your SWU campus mailing address if applicable. If you are a resident student and do not yet have a campus address, please use the following address:

7. Warrior Welcome Weekend
We are excited to welcome you to campus before returning students arrive for this required event for all new and transfer students. This experiential weekend is designed to help you get connected with other new students and help you develop and refine some basic skills to really thrive here at SWU.
