Each SWU apartment has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a common area. They are equipped with central heat and air conditioning and include the following:

- Two bathrooms with showers
Bedroom Area
- Local phone service with voice mail and caller ID
- Internet access
- One adjustable single bed - mattress size is 39” X 80” (x-long twin is best, long twin will work)
- One dresser (three drawers)
- One desk with a chair
- One closet w/shelves
- Sink and vanity
