Dr. Greg M. Benson brings extensive experience in academic leadership, doctoral program development, and quantitative research methodology. Dr. Benson has served on more than 400 doctoral dissertation committees, primarily as a methodologist, and specializes in applied statistical analysis and research design for practitioner-scholars.
Under his leadership, the School of Education has expanded its Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) program to include a concentration in Administration and Leadership and strengthened partnerships with P–12 districts through the Regional Educators Advancement Partnership (REAP). He is committed to strategic planning, faculty development, accreditation alignment, and fostering a culture of scholarship and institutional effectiveness.
Dr. Benson holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership, an MBA, and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership. His scholarship includes multiple books and peer-reviewed publications focused on leadership, research methodology, and employee retention.
