New Student Resources

Southern Wesleyan University participates in all federally-assisted programs for which its students establish eligibility by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid form (FAFSA). The FAFSA can be completed online at studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa. Please note that federal programs are subject to change. These programs are only for citizens or permanent residents of the United States.

Required Forms

All students must submit (in addition to the FAFSA) the following forms to the Financial Aid office.

  1. Master Promissory Note (if requesting loans)
  2. Entrance Counseling (if requesting loans)
  3. Annual Student Loan Acknowledgment (if requesting loans)

Please download the Financial Aid Instruction Sheet PDF for details on the required forms and additional financial aid information.
