Clinical skills - compassionate care
Southern Wesleyan University (SWU) is taking its next bold step in preparing servant-leaders: pursuing a Pre-Licensure Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program rooted in academic excellence and Christian mission with enrollment anticipated for Fall 2026.
The program will prepare nurses to combine clinical skills with compassionate care, serving both the body and the soul. At SWU, we believe nursing is a calling—a way to meet physical needs while sharing the love of Christ in life’s most vulnerable moments.
Clinicals
Future nursing students will complete rotations in hospitals, community clinics, and rural health settings through partnerships with regional healthcare leaders who have signed letters of agreement.
