End of Year Giving

Warriors at heart. Your campus experience may only last a few years, but your connection to Southern Wesleyan can last a lifetime. Stay connected to SWU through events, publications, and social media.

Christian college students interact in Blue Hill Coffee, a student-run enterprise at SWU.

The faith-filled community at SWU is comprised of students, faculty and staff who are passionate about learning and growing, both inside and outside of the classroom.

Transcript Request

SWU is in the process of transitioning to a new electronic transcript vendor, the National Student Clearinghouse.  Ordering a transcript via Transcripts Plus will no longer be an option beginning at 4:30 pm on Monday, December 21, 2020.  Current students and alumni will still have the option to order their transcript by mail as directed below.  We apologize for this temporary disruption in our ability to send transcripts electronically, but we will offer that option again very soon!

Requests are typically processed within 24 hours unless the requestor has an outstanding financial balance with SWU. Transcripts will not be released until all outstanding balances are resolved. High-demand work periods or holidays may result in a longer processing time.

Order Transcript by Mail — Cost is $8.00 per transcript

Print out this request form PDF and mail it with a check to:

Southern Wesleyan University

PO Box 1020

Please make checks payable to Southern Wesleyan University.

Prevent delays by signing the request form prior to sending it. Federal law requires your signature to release your transcript. No exceptions will be made. Be sure to include your previous name on the request form if it has changed since you attended SWU. You must provide the complete mailing address of recipients.
