The Online MSML with Management concentration is designed to teach you in-depth leadership skills and practical ways to manage teams, organizational change, and meeting organizational goals through teamwork. Learn skills to help you succeed with leading teams, managing conflict, and solving complex team and organizational problems.

The online M.S. in Management and Leadership degree program is designed for current and aspiring leaders in a variety of organizations. This program focuses on key areas of management integrated with the best leadership practices. Unlike a traditional MBA that often includes a broad knowledge from a variety of business disciplines, our MS in Management and Leadership hones in on the knowledge and skills for you to lead teams and organizations effectively and build alliances from a Christ-centered perspective. Lessons and concepts from the classroom can be immediately applied in workplaces and organizations.

As a MS in Management and Leadership student, you will gain skills in strategic planning, organizational development, information management and effective decision-making. You will participate in management exercises and learn to apply theory to practice in a way that addresses real-world business problems. You will discover a clear perception of management ethics based on Christian principles and the ability to use collaborative techniques in project development and completion. Admission Requirements for Master of Science in Management and Leadership

  • Submission of a completed application
  • $25 application fee
  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university
  • Experience in a health care setting of at least one year (healthcare administration concentration student only)
  • GPA of 2.7 or better on all undergraduate course work or on the final 60 hours of undergraduate course work
  • If GPA is less than 2.7 but better than 2.5, students may be granted conditional admission if approved by the Admission Committee
  • If GPA is less than 2.5 and upon approval of the Admission Committee, students may take the GMAT and present a score of 450 or greater for consideration. Admission to the program is not guaranteed by taking the GMAT.
  • Official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate work
  • Two recommendations from persons qualified to judge the applicant's moral character, professional expertise, and capacity for graduate-level work.
  • Applicants for whom English is a second language, applicant must submit an official TOEFL score of at least 550 (paper test), 213 (computer test) or equivalent evidence of proficiency in English.
