Our Pre-Nursing degree allows you to enjoy the personal attention of SWU faculty while building a strong foundation in basic science skills. This will set you up for success during the final year of this program at IWU’s Marion, IN campus. Overall, you will earn 2 Bachelor’s degrees (a BS in Pre-Nursing from SWU and a BSN from IWU) in just a little more than 4 years! The pre-health programs at SWU provide training to become an excellent communicator who can integrate the Christian faith in their discipline. Many courses integrate research experiences which allow you to ask new questions and gather relevant data while learning course content. Students also complete a Bioethics course that challenges students to consider various biomedical and environmental issues from a variety of worldviews.
