Pre-Nursing Studies (BS)
Caring for others while integrating Christian faith.
Helping others isn’t just something you do—it’s part of who you are. If you feel called to serve in healthcare, Southern Wesleyan University’s Pre-Nursing Studies program is where that calling begins.
Designed to build a strong academic foundation, the program prepares you for the next steps in your nursing journey through essential science classes such as anatomy and physiology, biology, and chemistry, all taught with a biblically faithful approach. It also strengthens your communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, qualities every exceptional nurse needs.
Our Pre-Nursing Studies program reflects SWU’s commitment to preparing students for the next step in their nursing education. You’ll learn from faculty who care deeply about your success and calling and walk alongside you as you complete the foundational prerequisites for nursing school.
